Tony Diaz
Anthony (Tony) Diaz is Executive Vice President of CIT Aerospace, Commercial Airlines, and has been associated with CIT since 1987. He manages the activities of the Commercial Airlines Group, which consists of more than 300 commercial aircraft operated by more than 100 customers in 53 countries, and operates from offices in New York, Los Angeles, Ft. Lauderdale, Seattle, Toulouse, Dublin and Singapore. He is responsible for new aircraft programs, portfolio management, and aircraft remarketing and also oversees CIT's Technical Group. Diaz serves on the Board of Directors for several CIT Aerospace subsidiaries, including CIT Aerospace International, based in Dublin, Ireland.
Areas of expertise:
Prior to joining CIT, Diaz was employed by People Express Airlines (which was subsequently merged into Continental Airlines) in a variety of operational and financial capacities.
He serves on the Board of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Traders (ISTAT).
He holds a BS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate of Science degree from the State University of New York at Farmingdale.
